The Importance of looking after your feet
Most people don't think about their feet until there's a problem. Foot issues are very common due to the fact that we spend at least 4 hours each day on our feet. Poorly fitting shoes and high heels can be a cause of bunions, calluses, corns, ingrown toenails and many other painful foot conditions, some of these foot problems can lead to more serious problems, including knee, hip, and back pain and require time off work. It is very important to look after your feet as foot problems tend to get worse as we get older.
